Aiselene and her husband who live in a two room dwelling (considered a closet in the United States and other countries, eating a diet of mostly fish and rice have four children who appeared to be underweight, with a failed store, are my in-laws.
We live in another country and ask Richie and Aiselene would they like to live in our house while were abroad from their country which would benefits both them and us as having someone in the empty house.
So the deal was formulated as follows:
Knowing how the wife appeared to not watch here children very well Aiselene and some other factors of concern,
My wife and I decided it would be in the best interest of both parties to have a legal contract. This idea infuriated telling my wife, there are siblings, and there should not be a contract. However, I pointed out that this contract was to help ensure that by them having four children that sometimes are not supervised as they should be, that my wife and I would not be held responsible if any of those children were hurt or cause other to be hurt (for example, swinging on our oversized heavy duty steel gate that is feel off could actually hurt, maim of cause a fatality issue) was the main point of having such a contract. After a brief back in fourth over the contract Richie robustly signed the contract. But from that point on appeared to not mike my wife as he appeared to have in the past.
Included on the contract was but not limited to the following:
- Upon the family moving into our house, the family would be provided the following personal budget monthly including rent free stay, no utilities bills (unless they when over the allotted budget utility budget)
- ₱3,000 – Allowance.
- ₱5,000 – for two kids monthly school public transportation (school less than two kilometers from the house).
- ₱2,800 for oldest child as a monthly budget.
- ₱1000 for SS which Richie was not paying into working under the table type jobs.
- ₱5,000 monthly payment for a high-end motorbike for more than two years now and will be paid off by December 2024.
- Free Groceries.
- Free school supplies sent to them from the United States each school year
As a result of this, the once starving looking children became more healthier looking, as too was the same for the overweight looking wife Aiselene , was able to gain a quite an excessive amount or more pounds on complete (never missing a meal diet on constant free food which far exceeded their previous family food intake on a very low budget
After all of these gracious living expenses, free aversities, etc., this is what we get in return:
The wife Aiselene posting on social media:
*That that her life and that of her family was better before accepting our deal / contract.
*Happy being poor implying that it they were not receiving enough living expenses.
*That the budget that they received was not big enough.
*That my wife was now wearing a helmet; referring to the fact that we did not provide extra money or gift them as we did in the past due to our own needs which included a newborn baby. *Caused her husband Richie (who was on the phone with Aiselene) on loudspeaker, to angry enough over a ₱300 to ₱1000 cooking gas tank regulator that my wife said appeared to have been rough-handled and not just wear and tear, to shout at my wife after my wife and cause emotional distress to the point of tears. Richie then shouted out that he and the family would be moving out after the school year. That’s when I stepped in and said Done Deal; implying that we accept their notice of intent to move out in advance. In a matter of minutes we informed Aiselene and Richie that we people ready to come to the house anytime they want to move out or at the end of the school year.
